What is a Missions Internship?
Family Church Missions Internship (FCMI) is an intensive 9-month training and leadership program designed to equip interns to Know God, Discover Purpose, and Make a Difference.
FCMI is built around Isaiah 6:8 — "Here am I. Send me."
We exists to call up the next generation of leaders and send them out to spread God's love to others, both at home and abroad.

Know God
Knowing God isn't a single moment — it's a whole story He's telling with your life. At FCMI, that story is grounded daily in Scripture, prayer, and the spiritual disciplines that keep your faith steady when things get hard. You'll grow in a real understanding of grace — who God has already made you in Christ — while building habits of gratitude, repentance, and reconciliation that sustain a genuine, lasting relationship with Him.
Discover Your Purpose
As you walk in the freedom Christ already secured for you, God begins to show you who He made you to be. FCMI creates space to name what's held you back, root your identity in Him rather than your past or your fears, and hear directly from God about the purpose and calling He's placed on your life. It's not about having it all figured out — it's about learning to walk it out, one step of obedience at a time.

Make a Difference.
